All orders placed through our store are subject to acceptance and confirmation. You will be notified via email if your order is canceled, and any payment made will be refunded in full within a reasonable timeframe.

We strive to ensure accuracy in all product details, but we do not warrant that descriptions or images are error-free. In the event of a pricing discrepancy, we will either correct the price and notify you or cancel the order and issue a refund. Keyboards are sold in their original, unmodified condition, with all manufacturer-included components.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other specified payment methods. All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment processors, and we do not store sensitive payment information. You warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that all payment details are accurate.
Our return and exchange policy applies to all purchases, subject to the following conditions: Unopened keyboards in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Opened or used keyboards will only be accepted if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped. Defective products require a valid proof of purchase and may need manufacturer verification. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the return is due to our error.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or store, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violations of applicable laws.
