This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning or exchanging keyboards and related products purchased from the store. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, and this policy is designed to provide clarity on eligibility, timelines, and requirements for hassle-free returns and exchanges.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging, with all manufacturer-included accessories (such as cables, keycap pullers, and user manuals), are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Opened or used products are only accepted if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped (e.g., wrong model, color, or quantity), and must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet eligibility criteria will be rejected or returned to you at your expense. Ineligible items include those damaged due to accidental drops, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Customized keyboards (e.g., personalized keycaps, modified switches) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective or with manufacturing errors.
Before initiating a return or exchange, please ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible, as it is designed to protect the keyboard during shipping. Include all original accessories, and attach a note with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return or exchange is due to a defective product, shipping damage, or an error on our part. In such cases, a prepaid shipping label will be provided upon verification of the issue. We are not liable for any damage or loss of returned items during transit, so we advise using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking number for reference.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm the status of your return or exchange. For eligible refunds, the refund amount (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is our responsibility) will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned product is verified as eligible. Exchange shipping times follow our standard delivery timelines (3-7 business days for domestic orders, 7-21 business days for international orders). If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or the option to select an alternative product of equal or similar value.
All keyboards are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, which typically covers defects in materials and craftsmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. For warranty claims, follow the same return procedure, and include a detailed description of the defect. We may request photos or videos to verify the issue before processing the claim.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please document the damage with photos or videos immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours. This documentation helps us resolve the issue efficiently and work with our shipping partners to prevent future incidents. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a prepaid return label or expedited resolution.
